In 1999, Jim Pedano and his wife started buying and restoring neglected properties around Wilmington and New Castle, DE. Almost 20 years later Pedano & Sons Construction has grown to a full-service restoration, renovation, and general construction company while remaining family owned and operated.
In 2008, Pedano & Sons partnered with State Farm Insurance as a certified and trusted contractor to handle insurance claims for policy holders. Over the years we have grown our network of partners to include Nationwide, Travelers, and other local Delaware insurance companies.
Our experience in this industry over the last eleven years means that we have seen just about everything possible. We are able to handle all homeowner and most commercial insurance claims including fire, water, smoke, and structural damage.
